1. All items are sold as-is and where-is. No returns, no refunds, no exchange, no exception.
2. We only accept Cash or Zelle.
3. According to our policy, each lot is described by a specific quantity. We understand that some pictures might be misleading. If you notice more items in the picture than what’s listed on your invoice, it’s likely a master pallet containing multiple identical items. When reviewing our item descriptions, please keep the following in mind:
a. Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, descriptions may not be 100% precise.
b. Visual Confirmation: Always check the picture to ensure you understand what you’re bidding on.
c. Barcode Titles: Our titles are imported from barcodes and often match store titles.
d. Quantity Clues: If the description mentions “(2-Pack)” but you see only one in the picture, the product may be incomplete.
e. Multiples Stacked: Occasionally, we photograph one product from a stack or lineup (e.g., x2, x4, x5).
f. Reporting Errors: If you spot a mistake, please call or text us promptly for corrections. Unfortunately, adjustments after the auction closes are limited.
4. When it comes to lots containing stock images, we typically provide at least one additional picture of the actual product or its box. However, if there’s no picture of the actual product (only a stock image), we make an effort to mention any damage or missing parts. Keep in mind that we might not catch every issue. To avoid disappointment, we encourage you to attend the preview.
5. We appreciate your assistance in correcting any mistakes. If you notice an incorrect picture or description, please contact us so we can promptly address it. This helps both you and other customers avoid disappointment on pickup day.
6. If you’re unable to pick up your order promptly, please refrain from placing a bid. Keep in mind that a 10% late fee (with a minimum of $5) applies to the total bid amount, regardless of your invoice total, payment timing, or circumstances. Additionally, we cannot reserve space for orders or store items. If you arrive late for pickup, we cannot be held responsible for missing items, and refunds will not be issued. Please ensure timely pickup of your belongings. Thank you for your understanding!
7. If a bidder fails to pay their invoice on time, they will be subject to a $25 administrative fee and a 10% late fee based on the total bid amount. This policy is non-negotiable. For substantial invoices, we may pursue collection efforts, which could impact their credit score, or address the matter in small claims court for damages and lost time.
8. When picking up your items, please note the following:
a. Loading Responsibility: We do not load your car or truck. Bring assistance and straps to secure everything. When picking up your items, please remember to bring the appropriate container. This could be a bag, box, tub, or any other suitable vessel for carrying your items.
b. Vehicle Damage: We are not liable for any damages to your car or truck during loading.
c. Highway Safety: Avoid overloading a car and attempting to drive it on the highway.
d. Liability: All liability rests with the bidder. We do not assume responsibility for falls, cuts, bruises, or any injuries. Stay vigilant of your surroundings, particularly during previewing or pickup, and be mindful of your steps.
